Dear Guests, please
- be aware that only guests registered by us are allowed to stay in the apartment. This is a strinct rule according to the law, breaking it must be taken seriously!
- take care for the accommodation and the equipment of the House (for wilful damages takes the guest the financial responsibility).
- leave the common rooms (kitchen, dining area, shower, toilette) in a state you would like to find it again. Note that they are shared between the two rooms!
- don’t smoke in the House. You can find a smoking area in the yard.
- if you have a dog or other pet with you, take care for cleanness and keep it safe to avoid impairment. Ensure that your pet does not disturb other guests.
- every time you leave your room, close the windows, lock your room and disconnect the electrical equipments.
- only electrical devices provided by us is allowed to use (except phone charger, power supply e.g. for laptop)
- collect the waste selective (according to the labels).
- do not make a noise or loud music, especially after 10 pm – in order to live in peace with our neighbors.
